Bekerja dari Rumah: Analisa Kuantitatif Kinerja Para Pekerja Saat Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract


Pandemi COVID-19 memaksa para pekerja untuk melakukan pekerjaan dari rumah. Hal ini ditujukan untuk menekan laju penyebaran COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara kuantitatif tingkat kinerja para pekerja selama melakukan Work from hom atau semi work from home dimasa pandemi COVID-19 serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan survei daring. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif dan dengan uji asosiasi chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pekerja saat Pandemi COVID-19 dengan sistem semi atau full bekerja adalah rendah dengan persentase sebesar 51.40% dan 48.60% responden memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Hasil uji asosiasi chi-square memperlihatkan tidak adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja pekerja selama melakukan WFH/semi WFH. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan rujukan awal untuk penelitian selanjutnya dengan tema yang serupa.
